Magick
We use magick (with a k) in our practices. We believe
that we have the power to control events through this use. Magick is simply
controling the energy that exists within everything around us to influence
everyday normal events. In many ways it is controling your own destiny.
This can be used through prayer; using amulets, talismans, or stones; candle
magick; one of thousands of spells (both written old spells and ones you
write yourself); or hundreds of other ways.
There is much talk about White, Gray, and Black
magick. This is hard for most Wiccans to comprehend. Most do not believe
in the differences among the three. Some accept that not all use magick
to do good. Wiccans only practice what could be considered White Magick.
We do not believe in an evil spirit/God. We believe we are one with the
Gods and they with us. We do not believe in Satan or evil. Evil exists
only within us as imperfect humans.
