Chocolate Marshmallow Haystacks1 3-ounce package softened cream cheese
2 tablespoons milk
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/4-teaspoon vanilla
1/8-teaspoon salt
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
3 cups miniature marshmallows
Flaked coconut
Beat together cream cheese and milk until well blended; gradually beat
in powdered sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir in chocolate; fold in
marshmallows. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into flaked coconut.
Toss
until well coated. Place on cookie sheet; chill until firm. Makes
