BACON CHEESE DIP1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
3 oz real bacon bits
1 cup sour cream
1 loaf round bread
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Cut the top of the loaf of bread off and hollow out the inside of the
bread, leaving the shell. You may save the bread to be served
with
the dip if you wish.
Combine cheeses, garlic, onions, bacon bits, and sour cream. Mix
well
and place mixture in bread shell.
Bake at 350F degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with crackers and bread.
