Carrot Cake1 Cup Black Walnuts
2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. salt
4 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
3 Cups Raw Carrots
Blend Until Smooth.
Bake at 350 for an hour.
Icing:
3 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 cups softened butter or margarine
3/4 cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
