1 box Duncan Hines devil food cake mix
1 box instant chocolate pudding
1 egg
1 cup water
1/2 cup of oil
1 can cherry pie filling
1 container cool whip
Take cake mix, 1 cup cherry pie filling, ½ cup oil, one egg, and 1 cup water. Mix together well, pour in a square pan and bake at 350 for 35-40 min. or until done. Take out and let cool. take instant pudding, beat until thick and spread over cake, take cool whip, spread on top of that then take the rest of the cherry pie filling and put on top. Best if kept in refrigerator.Broccoli, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole
8 oz. Pepperidge Farm Herb and Stuffing
1 1/4 Cups Water
2 Tsp. Margarine
4 Skinless & Boneless Chicken Breasts ( Approx. 1 lb )
1/2 Can of Broccoli and Cheese Soup
1/4 Cup of Milk
1/2 Pkg Frozen Chopped Broccoli
1. Combine water and margarine. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat. Add stuffing. Toss to moisten; set aside. Cook chicken and debone.
2. In a 3 quart oblong baking dish, arrange chicken. In a medium bowl, combine soup, milk, and broccoli; pour over chicken. Spread stuffing mixture over broccoli mixture.
3. Cover; bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Uncover; cook for 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and stuffing is lightly browned. Makes 4 servings.
