1/2 cp warm water
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tsp. salt
1 yeast cake dissolved in warm water
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
6 cups flour
Mix and let rise overnight. take out on board. knead and cut with large
doughnut cutter. let rise till double in size and fry in hot fat until
golden brown, turning only once on each side.
top to your taste.
